Private Joint-Stock Company, Research and Production Enterprise “Salut-27”.
The basic activity directions of the enterprise are: a development and manufacture of receiving systems (including wideband, multi-channel, radiometric one) and receiver-transmitter equipment operating at frequency range from 0.1 GHz up to 100 GHz, which are intended for use at communication facilities, meteorological radar, ecology monitoring systems, spacecraft, scientific and medical studies. The JSC “Salut-27”has got a complete jointed circle of development and manufacture of various combined microwave equipment as well as multi-functional microwave moduli by the use of the Hybrid Integrated Circuit (HIC) technology. The enterprise disposes the next basic technological processes: - manufacture of photo stencil plates; - manufacture of microcircuit boards by photolithography techniques applied to the solid dielectric substrates (alumina, quartz, etc.); - ion and plasma chemical etching; - manufacture of various Surface Acoustic Waves (SAW) devices (resonators, filters); - manufacture printed circuit boards for wiring assembling; - assembling, mounting, adjusting, testing of multi-functional microwave moduli and combined microwave equipment. The company implements a development and manufacturing of the following basic types of moduli and combined microwave equipment implemented with the HIC technology: - receiver-transmitter equipment; - mono and multi – channel receivers; - synchronized-timing oscillators and heterodynes; - synthesizes; - converters and transceivers; - multiplying-amplifying joint circuits; - reference quartz and SAW-oscillators; - power amplifiers; - low-noise amplifiers. The orders are met as a development and delivering of mentioned radio electronic equipment as for the separate type of works on the basic technological processes, which are available at the enterprise. The company “Salut-27” develops the radio electronic equipment with obligatory taking into account of its specific requirements for operational parameters, reliability, durability, EMC to be charged for the equipment operating as a part of some complex.
